LRS was acquired by Lynn Whitsett Corp. in 1995, operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lynn Whitsett Corporation. Lynn Whitsett has been in business since 1952 and is a leader in providing products and services to the pyro-processing industries, specializing in the non-ferrous metal market.
